I’m Blanca Maria Lent! I grew up in Guatemala and moved to central California with my mom shortly after graduating with an accounting degree.  I eventually went to beauty school and became a licensed beautician. After a few years in the beauty industry, I opened my own beauty salon and operated it for many years. During this time, I learned the importance of customer service and listening to the client’s needs. My love of interior design and helping people led me to a Real Estate career.

During a road trip, we discovered Spokane and loved the city, so we started traveling here more. My husband works for Microsoft remotely, so we were able to relocate to the area with relative ease. Having an international airport close to home is very important to us because my husband travels frequently for work.   

There is a lot to love about Spokane, people are so friendly and we have the four seasons.  We love the variety in weather because we only got 2 seasons back home.  Here, in the winter we have Mt. Spokane nearby for skiing which we love to do. Spring brings beautiful gardens and mountain trails for hiking.  Summer, we enjoy walks and bike rides around the Spokane River and love the beautiful Newman Lake. In the fall, you can see all the trees changing colors!
